Weeks Worth Of Posts.

tut tut tut to me, bad blogger, I haven't posted at all this week, reason being I started a new job on Tuesday and I have been so tired when I've come home that I haven't had chance to blog. Also being in a new work environment I have found it rather tricky to stay on plan this week, because I am finding my feet, have been buying lunch instead of taking my own in and where I have been out the house all day I haven't been able to do my 30 Day Shred at all, and we had a party last night in aid of Macmillan Nurses and I wasn't going to deprive myself of the nice nibbles we had and the wine, because it's not fair, Slimming World is meant to make you feel like your not dieting so that's why I had some treats.
So, I cannot remember what I have eaten this week, I wasn't keeping a food diary, so I just have a collection of photo's from this week and then next week I shall be back to daily posts and back on plan.

So, their we have it, a round up of my week, I really am prepared for a gain when I step on those scales tomorrow, so we shall see.

Monday's Weigh In, 15.04.2013

Apologies for this post going  up a day late, but after I stepped off those scales last night, my mood just did a straight 180 and I was foul. I literally came home and spent from 6pm until 7am in my bedroom, by myself. Didn't want to talk to anyone, my parents still don't know what those scales read because I don't want to say.
I thought I had maintained this week, because I stupidly weighed myself mid week, and I noticed I had put a lb on, so I got annoyed but worked hard to get it off, I weighed myself in the morning of weigh in and the lb had gone, I had worked it off, so I was pretty sure when I got weighed at Slimming World in the evening that I would be the same ...... or not, I put on 2lb.. I was so so upset.
The only thing I can think of is, I am doing the 30 Day Shred, and this was the first 5 days I had done it, and I could see in the mirror that I am toning up and maybe the fat, is turning to muscle, which weighs more with caused be to put on 2lb...
So, this week, I am sticking to plan 100%, I am continuing with the 30 Day Shred, and am going to go on a few walks too, and then hopefully next Monday, I shall have a loss :)

Weigh In - 1/2 Stone Award!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have got my half a stone award tonight, I am over the moon, I really wanted to lose 2lbs so I could get this award but I really didn't feel confident, I was convinced I had put on, I just new it wasn't going to be good when I stepped on those scales, but then, their is was a 2lb loss.


I am ridiculously proud of myself :) I am going to target for a 3lb weightloss next week, if I don't get it, that's fine, any loss will be good, and if I get 3lb or more i'll be a very happy bunny :)

It's weigh in day, I hardly eat much on weigh in day, well before weigh in, after weigh in is completely different. Also I didn't get up until 11 so I completely missed breakfast, but had a nice lunch instead.
