 Free Food: natural yogurt, total 0% greek yogurt, poached egg, potato, slimming world onion rings, chicken, baked beans.
Super Free Foods: kiwi, strawberries, grapes, salad, spring onions, cabbage.

B - 2 slices of Wholemeal Toast
