Wednesday's Food Diary

Free Food: fried egg, baked beans, ham, pasta 'n' sauce, natural fromage frais, chopped tomatoes, pasatta sauce.
Super Free Food: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, pepper, white onion, grapes
Healthy Extra's:
A - 30g Cheddar
B - 2 Ryvittas
Syns: meringue - 3

    1. Thank you, it has honestly really helped me keep track of everything, I just write it on my phone daily, then put it on here and then it doesn't clog up my phone :)
